- In order to rent our equipment we require either a local Virginia Driver's License or a Military ID card with a local address.
- We encourage you to reserve equipment as far in advance as possible to insure availability of equipment on the date you request.
- Upon reservation for your special event*, a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required (50% of the total amount, unless otherwise noted). All orders are to be paid in full at the time of pick-up/delivery unless prior arrangements have been made.
For special events, we charge per "event period." For example: if your event is on a Saturday, you may pick up your items on Friday or Saturday and they would be due back on Monday. Please contact us for further information regarding your specific event.
For equipment rentals we do have hourly, daily and weekly rates available. Please contact us for further information regarding specific equipment rental rates and time periods.

-Delivery service is available on orders of $200 and over at a rate based on mileage from the showroom/warehouse. Please make arrangements at the time of reservation.
-Standard delivery fees are based on first floor drop-off and does not include set-up of equipment unless prearranged (tailgate delivery).
-Set up/knock-down service and delivery to other than ground floor is available at an additional charge. Arrangements must be made in advance. Sunday and after hours deliveries are also available for an additional charge.
-On pick-up, all tables and chairs should be broken down and stacked in an orderly fashion in preparation for pick-up.
